Abstract (at least 300 words to describe your proposal)

In the past year I was one of the several people to administrate the Bulgarian Wikipedia reference page on Facebook [1]. I would like to make a presentation and explain more about our experience with Facebook. A focus on the benefits of having a page and my optimistic opinion how it can change the trend of the decreasing number of editors. I will show more about how to post and plan posts, more about the different types of posts and how to manage to organically reach more people without paying to Facebook.

I would like to focus more on using the GLAM content in Facebook and how right now this content is the most popular.

Another thing that I will focus on is how to use the sister projects of Wikipedia and to transfer them in different interesting content.

The last point of this part of the presentation will be about our admin guide, explaining the adopted rules and good practices for the new page administrators.

As of 26 February, we have pages in Facebook, Google+ and Twitter, but in Twitter we are just reposting posts from Facebook. Nobody is maintaining the Google + page.

In the near future (up to June 2015) we are planning to introduce Socioboard. Socioboard offers an advanced, easy, versatile, customizable and scalable open-source social media marketing tool.

The last part of the presentation I would like to focus on solving problems with the content, and how we changed our content in the course of our transformation into a single social media.

I am planning the presentation to take about 20 minutes and the rest of the time to be for questions, because I think there will be a lot of questions.

I presented similar presentation during Wikimedians from Central and Eastern Europe Meeting 2014, Kiev, Ukraine, which is available here: https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Wikimedia-CEE-2014-Kiev-How_to_Deal_With_Press_and_Social_Media.pdf It was accepted well by the audience and there were a lot of relevant questions, interesting new ideas and discussions about the promotion of Wikipedia and its sister projects within the context of social media.
