Abstract (at least 300 words to describe your proposal)

This is proposal for a building a Wikipedia community, where most of information about a community member which is useful for community and growth of community will be indexed in a dictionary like telephone dictionary with much more information. Let us consider a few current scenarios 1) right now finding a community member who is good at particular technology, domain, local community is difficulty task, As their is almost no indexing regarding information about community member according to their skill sets, language, local community. We have to trawl the internet and filter out result to get what we need. 2) Wikipedia provides grants and scholarship however, may community member are not aware of these things. Even if they are aware of they do not know, whom to contact to contact for these activities at local level.

The proposed salutation is to create a community portal and index people on it by their name,contributions, local community, skill sets and expertise etc. this will sort information about member to community, along with their blog, write-ups and documentations. there are multiple benefits of this community dictionary, It will improve interaction among community members, it will grow community . It will be very helpful to member to find solutions of their problems faster by searching community and addressing questions. it will attract new members and will keep them actively involved.
