Hi Deror avi,

you assigned this presentation a slot at 11 am on Sunday in the GLAM III track. I'm pretty sure my presentation has nothing to do with GLAM, my guess is that it should actually be assigned to the Community III track right next to GLAM III.

CEE Meetup

Dear Deror, I saw that you have taken care for including meetups in the Programme. If so, can we please reserve one of the meeting rooms on July 18, from 18:00 to 19:00, for the Meetup of Wikimedians from Central and Eastern Europe. Thank you in advance! Wiki loves Pyramids

Hi,

you indicated on the Wiki Loves Pyramids Meetup Page, that you would like to join a tour on the 14th.

I will try to organize a bus leaving from the Hilton Reforma at ca. 7am to take us to the pyramids and back again in the evening. I might even be able to get us a tour guide.

Since all of this is not for free I would like to confirm with everyone personally that they will join the trip and are ok with the expenses (probably around 50 USD bus+guide per person).

So please let me know by tomorrow 12am Mexico time if you want to join via mail or on the page Wiki_Loves_Pyramids_Meetup#Pre-conference_Pyramids_on_the_14th: Yes, bus + guide Yes, bus only

Note that I will only book a guide if at least 10 people ask for this.

I will update you tomorrow ca. 2pm what the final plan is. Since this is all very short notice I may not be able to book for the group, but will do my best.
