- La comunidad de Puebla surgió en enero de 2013 y en dos años, se ha convertido en la segunda ciudad con más actividades de Wikipedia en México, solo detrás de la Ciudad de México. La presentación explicará los desafíos y logros de crecer una comunidad en una ciudad latinoamericana en la periferia, así como revisar el caso de éxito para compartir buenas prácticas y experiencias con otros interesados en América Latina. Puede ser impartida en español o en inglés. // The Puebla community originated in January 2013. In two years, it has become the second city with more Wikimedia-related activities in Mexico, aside from Mexico City. This presentation will explain the challenges and achievements of creating a new community in a Latin American city on the periphery. It will also review the case study of Puebla to share good practices and experiences with other persons interested within Latin America. It can be presented both in Spanish and English.
