Wikimedia finally fights gender gap. The recipe it is using is seen many times before - women deal with women and women's issues. But is that actually changing the culture? How do you ensure that women are not part of gender-gap-related-events-only, but ensure the culture of gender diversity on any Wiki event? Than how do you tackle more subtle sexism, the one present in the manner of covering topics related to women by non-women?

- Evaluating the evaluation

Global metrics and Wikimetrics are relatively new tools that have to be used for monitoring and evaluation of projects approved by WMF. What does this bureaucratization bring? LFA is methodology that needs experienced and educated user and community lacks that knowledge and experience.
