In view of global recognition with its knowledge based latest info to people of our earth here must be working before combating unforeseen conflict which might arise, thus the proposed presentation on Track of Legal & Free Culture “Wikipedia in International Law” seems to be policy concern and good initiative. A draft of protocol inviting countries to be signatory for granting amnesty to WP in case of conflict between local law and Socio-economics of WP is suggested.
