As for «a model which other Wikimedians in Residence may choose to follow, or to borrow from», I think sorely needed is a syllabus of topics to cover in trainings to the institution's staff. I'm currently "inventing" topics to cover as a need arises or just during sessions (which start with editing goals). The best way I found so far to identify learning goals is to create articles and leave them half-finished, to show what is missing and how to fix (even small things like incoming links)... it's so easy to forget the obvious things we do automatically. --Federico Leva (BEIC) (talk) 09:35, 4 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]
