OTRS Meetup
Learn to manage OTRS tickets better! This is a meetup for people who already have the userright to manage OTRS tickets. If you wish to request the userright before the conference, do so at the application page.
At this meetup we will do OTRS tickets together. Experienced ticket-takers will answer questions for new users. We will go slowly and look at tickets with each other, and discuss best responses.
Wednesday 15 July 1-3pm in the Don Genaro room at the Hackathon!
